Records and Services
As the office responsible for student records, the Office of the Registrar provides services that help maintain the progress of students’ programs of study and the accuracy of their information. All current students and those enrolled after Fall 1988 may access their LMU record in PROWL. Some record or information updates may be handled online, but others require paperwork with signatures of approval. See below for specific information.
CAPP Degree requirements may be viewed on CAPP, LMU's online degree auditing system.
Compliance Department of Education Title IV consumer information is available to all students.
FERPA FERPA is the federal law that protects the rights of students.

PROWL Student records are available to the LMU community through PROWL.
Transcript Requests Official paper transcripts include all courses completed at LMU and classes that are in-progress.
Transfer Agreements Identify courses from other institutions that apply toward an LMU degree program.

Verifications Students and alumni may print official enrollment and degree verifications.
Veteran Affairs LMU's VA Certifying Official is located in the Office of the Registrar (Charles Von Der Ahe Building, Room 150).
Voter Registration Students interested in registering to vote may vist the California Voter Registration website for more information. |
