Lower Division Curriculum for the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, Mathematics concentration

University Core Requirements

Lower Division Concentration Requirements
A maximum of 7 semester hours of lower division mathematics coursework chosen from Categories 1 and 2 may be applied towards the concentration in Mathematics.

Choose one course:
• MATH 41: Precalculus I: Theory of Functions
• MATH 49B: Precalculus
• MATH 1A: Calculus + MATH 1B: Calculus (both courses
  count as one course)
