Jury Duty

Faculty

Up to ten days paid leave is available to any faculty member who would otherwise suffer a loss of pay as a result of jury duty.

Staff

Staff members will be excused for jury duty and will receive regular pay for up to ten workdays.  Staff members are expected to report to work on any day they are not engaged in jury duty.

Note:  As with all other policies, the jury duty policy is subject to change, from time to time, at the sole discretion of the university.
