WESTCHESTER STUDENTS
SES is pleased to inform you that as of December 26, 2011, the Student Employment Program will be using a new timecard/payroll system called myTime.  myTime will replace the current timekeeping/payroll system known as eTime.

There are many benefits to this new system.  To begin with, myTime is much easier to use than eTime.  You will also be paid more frequently - every other week instead of twice a month.

Trainings on myTime will be offered to you in early November by your supervisor and/or SES staff.  You will be provided with additional information about this training via e-mail.  Once myTime has been implemented, University Payroll will handle all payroll and timecard issues and questions.  Until then, SES is here to assist you as we transition to this new timekeeping/payroll system.

LAW SCHOOL STUDENTS
We are pleased to inform you that as of December 26, 2011, the University and Law School will be using a new timecard/payroll system called myTime.  myTime will replace the current manual timesheet process and provide student workers with a web based tool for entering daily hours worked and submitting bi-weekly timesheets electronically.  No more pushing paper!

The system is very user friendly and trainings on myTime will be offered in person and will be available on-line.  We will be providing additional information about training via e-mail, In-Brief, and the SBA website.  It will be important to ensure you have completed training prior to the first day you begin working in the Spring so that you will be paid correctly and promptly.
