Complete Loan Requirements
Federal Perkins and Institutional Loan Requirements
Repayment of the Federal Perkins Loan, Burns Student Loan, LMU California Loan and the Shandler Loan are processed through Loyola Marymount University’s Controller’s Office Loan Department and therefore are referred to as “institutional loans”.
If you have been offered and accepted one of the loans below, you must complete:
- a promissory note
- a reference form or online loan counseling
These requirements must be met before your loan funds can be disbursed to your student account.
If you have not accepted your loan, do so at www.lmu.edu\PROWL. After accepting your loan, the requirements to disburse your loan will show as “missing” on your PROWL account.
