2013 CONFERENCE ASSISTANT APPLICATION

Conference Assistants will initially assist the Conference and Business Coordinator with summer conference preparation, including but not limited to: front-line customer service, computer work, paper work, room checks, check-in/check-outs and front office responsibilities. Conference Assistants will also work at the Conference Services Front Desk and satellite operations. Their responsibilities will include but are not limited to guest relations, answering phones, answering guest questions, check-in/check-out operations. Their responsilities will include but are not limited to guest relations, answering phones, answering guest questions, check-in/check-out operations, mail pick-up, mail sorting and mail delivery, cash handling, and all other duties as assigned.
