Student Telephone Billing
LMU LOCAL & LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE
RESIDENT STUDENT LOCAL & LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE SERVICE AND MONTHLY BILLING ARE PROCESSED DIRECTLY BY LOYOLA MARYMOUNT UNIVERSITY THROUGH THE CAMPUS BUSINESS SERVICES OFFICE.
HOW IT WORKS
> Students will be given a PBN (Personal Billing Number) that allows each resident to access and place local and long distance calls from any room extension on campus. The PBN is similar to a charge card and creates a billing record for each call placed. EACH STUDENT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CALLS MADE WITH HIS/HER PERSONAL BILLING NUMBER.
> New resident housing students can obtain their PBN by going to the Campus Business Services office in St. Robert's Annex.
> Bills are processed on or around the 15th of each month. Students receive an email in their LION email account, generally by the 18th , with a due date for bill payment and instructions for accessing the telephone web portal to view/print their bill and to pay their bill on-line. NO PRINTED BILLS ARE MAILED. Students are to contact the Campus Business Services office if they have problems accessing the telephone web portal.
> Payments can be made by check, cashier’s check, or money order payable to LMU, or in person at the Campus Business Services/OneCard office using Flexi dollars, cash, check or credit/debit card or by going on-line by clicking on "Telephone Billing Web Portal" listed above.
