Administration Telephone Billing
The allocation of telephone usage of local and long distance calls from land-line phones for all LMU employees is processed once a month on the first of each month. A report is sent to the Controller's office for posting to the appropriate departments in the general ledger. Authorized person(s) for each department may view the details of each phone line in their department by clicking on:
Admin Telephone Web Portal.
For discrepancies/changes/deletes/assignments to individual phone numbers or billing questions regarding either mobil or land line phones contact us at email@example.com.
For adds/moves/removals of or problems with the physical phone lines and equipment contact the IT department at x87777 or IT_help@lmu.edu.
