Dr. Massa has experience as both a researcher and Assistant Professor in Cognitive Psychology, specializing in assessment and improving student learning outcomes. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Dominican College of San Rafael before pursuing a Master of Arts at California State University, Sacramento, and finally her Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology with an interdisciplinary emphasis in quantitative methods in the social sciences at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
As Director of Assessment at Loyola Marymount University, Dr. Massa has guided the development and implementation of a University assessment plan, conducts educational workshops on assessment topics, and provides advice and support to academic departments in the development and maintenance of effective assessment activities. |

McKenzie Sweeney completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Montana and holds a Master of Arts in Humanities from the University of Chicago, where she studied contemporary poetry and critical theory. She has worked closely with faculty and staff to facilitate meaningful and manageable assessment in institutuions of higher learning.
As a Research Associate in the Office of Assessment at Loyola Marymount University, McKenzie will provide support for the assessment activities of the faculty, staff, and the University. |

Belinda has been with LMU since 2001, working as an administrator in a multiplicity of faculty services. She completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University in Art History.
