Enrollments
Each term our colleagues at the Registrar’s Office
produce detailed enrollment counts and tabulations for student groups, colleges and schools, and for academic majors. Demographic counts for undergraduate and graduate students include state/country of origin, gender, and ethnicity. Enrollment figures and semester hours are reported for colleges, majors, and subject areas.
Caveats: Because IR and the Registrar’s Office use the same census date each term the vast majority of these counts and tabulations are “official.” However, there are some caveats worth mentioning. 1) The Registrar counts majors by the primary curriculum thus, double majors are not reported. 2) IR uses a different definition for FTE counts. 3) IR uses a different census date for Loyola Law School, these counts should not be quoted as official.
