Meeting Schedule
Faculty Senate Meeting Schedule for the Academic Year, 2011 – 2012
The Faculty Senate will meet at the Collins Center in Leavey every other Thursday from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. However, in the month of December only one meeting will be conducted.
The following are the meeting dates for Academic Year 2011 – 2012:
Fall 2011
September 8, 15 and 29
October 13 and 27
November 10 and 17
December 8
Spring 2012
January 12, 19
February 2, 9*, 16, 23*
March 8, 22, 29
April 12, 27 (Elections meeting, scheduled from 3:30 - 5:00 pm)
* Special meetings designed to ensure time for full deliberation regarding Rank and Tenure, so as to maximize the likelihood that the changes we envision will be able to be made use of by next year's candidates. In the event that the Senate has concluded its work on Rank and Tenure earlier than expected, the Executive Committee will cancel these two special meetings.
