An Update about the De Colores program from the Director of Campus Ministry

To the LMU community:

I am happy to announce that Patrick Furlong has accepted our offer to work as coordinator of the De Colores program for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Patrick was involved in De Colores as an undergraduate at LMU. He has an MA in International Nonprofit Management from USC. Patrick brings wonderful experience in international service from his post grad work in Chile and Ecuador. He works full time for InVenture, a nonprofit in Santa Monica that seeks to combine information and technology to unlock financial access for all, especially those in the developing world. He also serves as a Resident Minister in Rains Hall.

Patrick is already collaborating with Lindy Wynne, our associate director, to propose an updated format for De Colores that addresses all university safety concerns. As you know, we hope to re-start De Colores this semester as soon as university approval is granted.
