2011-2012 Silent Retreat Application

The cost of the retreat is
$150 for undergraduate students and $250 for graduate students.
Cash, check or flexi dollars are accepted.
** Payment and receipt of the completed and signed 2011-2012 Silent Retreat Waiver Form are necessary for registration to be complete and to reserve your space on the retreat. Payment plans or financial assistance are available for those with demonstrated financial need. Please contact us with questions. **
If you are in need of financial assistance, please pickup the scholarship application in Campus Ministry Malone 210 Office.
To complete your application, sign up online, pickup and complete the 2011-2012 Silent Retreat Waiver Form and your deposit of

November 1, 2011.
