For Freshmen and Transfer Students.  The First Year Retreat was held at Pali Mountain, located just outside of Los Angeles in beautiful Running Springs, near Lake Arrowhead. Over 300 students participated and led the weekend events.

With a light-hearted and relaxing atmosphere the First Year Retreat is a great opportunity for first year students and leaders to meet each other, form new friendships, reflect and pray together, and look forward to their time at Loyola Marymount University. This is a large retreat that is a great way for freshmen and transfer students to get away, play and pray in a welcoming environment. Many students say that during their First Year Retreat they form friendships that last throughout their time at LMU. This is the perfect way to begin your year and your time on the bluff.
