Thank you for your interest the Religious Education Congress, the nation’s largest annual gathering of Roman Catholics! With 40,000 in attendance, over the three days, Congress offers nearly 200 speakers presenting 300 sessions, from personal growth to music to spiritual topics – in English, Spanish and Vietnamese as well as a number of liturgies of different characters including African Black Culture, Contemplative, Spanish, Vietnamese, Celtic, Jazz, and Young Adult. Congress showcases hundreds of exhibitors – ranging from religious art to music, and from publishing houses to educational institutions, in addition to our own represented Archdiocesan ministries.
About the Application

Prior to submitting this application please make sure you are able to commit to the following mandatory dates if accepted:
Pre-Congress Convo Informational Meeting - Tuesday, February 12 during Convo hour in Sacred Heart Chapel Lower Level.
LAREC - Depart campus at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, February 22 and arrive back on campus at approximately 6:00 p.m. the evening of Sunday, February 24, 2013.
Post-Congress Reflection/Evaluation - Wednesday, February 27 at 9:00 p.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel Lower Level.
Also, if accepted you will be asked to turn in a $20 deposit that will go towards a group dinner during the weekend. Sponsorship includes hotel accommodations and complete congress registration fees.

If you do not receive an email by the next business day then note that your application most likely did NOT go through (please make sure to submit your application in a timely manner in order to assure it has been received by the due date).
