Prayer and Spirituality
Prayer
Prayer – conversation with God – is an integral part of the spiritual life, whether formal and systematic or free-form and casual. CLC encourages prayer as a regular habit, exercised in whatever manner best aids your spiritual growth and relationship with God. Below are some resources for regular prayer and meditation.

Spirituality
As an organization based in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola, CLC strives to integrate Ignatian spirituality and to encourage its members to use the many tools available in the Ignatian tradition. The Awareness Examen, contemplative prayer, and discernment of spirits are only a few aspects of the rich tradition and spirituality that make up Ignatian (and CLC) prayer.
