Leadership
We are students, staff, faculty of Loyola Marymount, as well as others from the Los Angeles area. There are over 450 of us spread out in 50+ small groups of 6-10 people. We value leadership empowerment which fosters developments of our gifts and talents for the service of others. Our infrastructure consists of four types of ministry leaders:

Group Coordinators
These student and adult leaders coordinate weekly, small group meetings. Groups meet weekly for prayer, reflection and sharing. There are currently over 80 group leaders. This page serves as a resource for meformats, ideas and spiritual guidance.

These student leaders coordinate campus-wide events, such as Java-Jive-N-Jesus, Taize, Eucharistic Adoration, Bowling, Poker Nights, and other social gatherings.
