February 4, 2004 -- National ethics
and legal expert Dov Seidman, founder and CEO of LRN, the foremost

on Feb. 19, at 12 pm in Hilton 100.

transparency, and how ethical probity creates and sustains strong
corporate cultures and enduring reputations. The speech is open to
the public free of charge.
Seidman is a nationally recognized ethicist, a leading expert in
the practical application of ethical principles and a frequent
speaker and commentator on ethics and governance in corporate
America. Dov delivered the 2002 keynote address, "Do the Right
Thing" at UCLA?s university-wide commencement ceremony. He founded
LRN in 1993 initially to provide legal knowledge research. Today,

Seidman also earned a M.A. with honors from Oxford University,
where he was a Newton-Tatum scholar.
