University's office of Communications and Public Affairs today
announced publication of a special website for journalists
interested in issues related to the US Presidency during the
election year. Located at http://presidency04.lmu.edu/,
initial content on the site includes:
The website is intended to provide
quick links to scholars whose research and teaching expertise is
related to special topics of interest in the US presidential
election year. The site will be updated regularly, and will feature
diverse topics such as: the developing world's view of the US
presidency, religious issues and presidential politics, K-12 and
the political context, the Middle East and US politics, and ethics
and the media.
Interested reporters and editors are invited to register online
with LMU's media relations professionals to receive periodic e-mail
updates on the site and campaign issues as seen by the University's
faculty.
