Get piece No. 1 of just 90 pieces from the center court of the original arena floor of Gersten Pavilion. This authentic section from Albert Gersten Pavilion original floor is from the exact center. This limited edition piece was at the center of all LMU's athletic events from 1981-2009. It saw four conference championships in men's basketball, five in women's volleyball and one in women's basketball. In addition, it was home to some of the best NBA players of all-time as host to the Pete Newell Big Man Camp, former practice site for both the LA Lakers and LA Clippers, a venue to the 1984 Olympics and the highest scoring game in Division I college basketball history.

Bursting with concentrated sweet plum, blueberry, and spicy character, the culmination of old vines growing in Lodi's well-drained sandy soils. The 2006 vintage was particularly cool in the normally hot Lodi area. Long hang time developed the fresh fruit intensity of the grapes that translates directly to the wines. 2006 is the best of any recent vintage for fruit character and quality. Add to that 18 months spent aging in new and used French oak barrels, and the result is a round, zaftig wines filled with notes of vanilla and toasted spices that linger on the finish and in memory. The 2006 Lodi has a complex intensity with a soft, ripe and round headiness and well-balanced acidity that should make this wine a pleasure to consume by itself or with a great meal.

Tannins kick in by way of the finish.  Make your toes curl with a mesquite grilled, bone-in rib eye steak, slathered with blue cheese butter and grilled onions. Our Cab will wash that baby down! (Add a side of veggies if you must.)
Cabernet Sauvignon blended with just a smidgen of Cab Franc. Aged in French and American oak for 25 months.
2006 Sparkling Duet
Gentle bubbles excite the senses with fresh baked bread, and green apple on the nose. A clean, almost refreshing mouth-feel is complemented by flavors of pink grapefruit, lime and a touch of flintiness.
Production is limited to 400 cases of this traditional blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, which has the distinction to be the only sparkler made using 100% Lodi grapes.

2006 Gluttony Zinfandel - Only 950 cases produced.
In 2006 we continued to have two lots that stood out as exceptional; both different from each other in character, but both great wines. From these two lots that were deemed the best Zinfandel in 2006, we created the Gluttony and of course the Lust.
While the Lust was put into French oak barrels, the Gluttony was put into 30 month air-dried American oak. This gave the wine a supple American oak character, different to the Lust. As the oak is air dried, harsh tannins are purged from the wood using water. The longer the air-dried process, typically the softer and sweeter the oak becomes. Most American oak used, is only 20-24 month air-dried. This is why, although American, the oak profile has no rough edges; only smooth, creamy vanilla and soft addition on oak tannin.
Ready to drink now or could be set down for a few years. The wine comprises of an abundant amount of sweet vanilla and black berries on the nose. Rich, juicy mouth feel with well balanced tannin structure.

2005 Inkblot – Lodi Petit Verdot
This is the first varietal Petit Verdot we have produced.  Generally our Petite Verdot is blended into our Petite Petit wine.  The grapes for the wine came from Jon Wetmore's vineyard, which every year tends to be at the top of its class.  The wine was put into new French oak shortly after harvest for 30 months.  We made 387 cases and are only selling the wine direct from the tasting room and to the wine club.

2007 Symphony
These estate-grown grapes are twenty-five years old and are some of the first plantings of the Symphony varietals in the state. Symphony was developed in the 1940's at U.C. Davis. Dr. Olmo crossed a Muscat de Alexandria with a Grenache gris and came up with this new grape, which came to be known as Symphony. Thus, the grape is a true variety of California.
Ripe Honeydew melon and honeysuckle swirl together creating a bouquet of pure summer delight. Crisp, clean, and full of peach and tropical fruit flavors. Our Symphony goes great with spicy Thai-influenced dishes.
2006 Petite Petit
