The LMU Alumni Association is excited to invite you back to the bluff to celebrate your class reunion during the Alumni Reunion Weekend. Come back to a place where lifetime memories were created and reminisce about your college experience. Join your class as we celebrate your reunion on Saturday Sept. 26 and continue the celebration on Sunday Sept. 27 at the 56th Annual Alumni BBQ.
Friday, Sept. 256 p.m. | The HillLoyola University Class of 1959 ReunionCelebrating a half century of friendship, the Loyola Class of '59 will kick off their 50th reunion anniversary Friday night with a gentlemen's cocktail reception and dinner.
6 p.m. | University HallLadies Cabaret NightA special evening to renew friendships and make new ones, the spouse/guest of Loyola Class of '59 and Marymount Class of '59 alumnae, will enjoy an elegant dinner and intimate student performance.
Saturday, Sept. 2611 a.m. | University HallClass of 1959 Golden Lions Reception and Induction Luncheon
All Golden Lions (alumni from '59 and earlier) and their spouse/guest, are invited to join university president Robert B. Lawton, S.J. as the Loyola and Marymount Class of 1959 are inducted as Golden Lions.
6 p.m. | University Hall1959, 1964 and 1969 Class ReunionAlumni and their guests from the Class of 1959, 1964, 1969 are invited to celebrate their reunion with a reception, dinner and dessert in University Hall. Cocktail attire is requested and a cash bar will be available.
Sunday, Sept. 2710 a.m. | Sacred Heart ChapelAlumni Reunion Mass, Celebrant: James Erps, S.J.11 a.m. | Sunken Garden56th Annual LMU Alumni BBQAll LMU alumni, family and friends are invited to enjoy good food, cold drinks and family friendly activities in Sunken Garden. Don't miss out on the inflatable rock climbing wall, Alumni Canned Food Drive, LMU athletics garage sale and much more. The William H. Hannon Library will be open during the Alumni BBQ for alumni visits. Tickets are $20 per adult, $10 per youth (5-20), free for kids (4 and under) and free for all Golden Lions.
