Alumni BBQ Volunteers

The Alumni BBQ was created by and continues today because of our alumni volunteers. If you would like to be a part of this LMU tradition please sign up to volunteer at this year's Alumni BBQ. Volunteers can sign up to work the BBQ grills or work the beer taps. Most shifts are a few hours so you will still have time to enjoy the Alumni BBQ with your friends and family.

To volunteer please contact:
On the Grills:  Alumni Relations at alumni@lmu.edu
Grill volunteers will be cooking on the grills or helping to serve food to our alumni.

Beer tap volunteers will help serve all of our thirsty alumni.

Wings/Corn volunteers will be cooking or serving food.

When you email us please be sure to include your name, class year, email address and preferred shift: early, or late.

Alumni Volunteers receive free admission to the Alumni BBQ and a special "Thank You" gift from the Alumni Association.
