Registration Procedures
(1) Refer to the Intramural schedule and specific flyers for a list of sports that you may like to participate in.
(2) Pick up an entry form at the front desk of the Burns Recreation Center of download and print a PDF version of the form. You can sign up for three different types of leagues: OPEN LEAGUE, RESIDENT HALL LEAGUE, orGREEK LEAGUE click here. Please cirlce or the divsion and include what orgranization or Residence hall the team is representing. Or pick up a free agent form or click here to sign up as a free agent.
(3) Fill out the form. This should include a team name and the names of all participating players and their respective information. Be sure to choose a captain for your team and have all the captains contact information included.
(4) Turn in the form at the front desk by the "ENTRIES DUE" date. Check the sports flyer or Intramural schedule for a list of entry deadline dates.
(5) Make sure the captain (or one of the other teammates) attends the CAPTAIN'S MEETING on the designated date (See flyers for that date as well).
(6) At the meeting, you will be able to LEARN THE RULES, sign your team up for regular GAME TIMES, and submit your forfeit deposit.
(7) Pay your FORFEIT DEPOSIT ($40 per team) before or at the Captain's meeting. As long your team does not forfeit a game during the season, the deposit will be returned to you. If your teams does not have a representative present at the mandatory meeting or pay the forfeit deposit but the meeting, your team will be dropped from the league.
(8) After the captain's meeting, the captain of your team will be contacted by the Intramural staff to inform him/her of your GAME SCHEDULE for the sport's season.
