Peg Dolan, RSHM [LibArts ’58, MA ‘74]

Peg Dolan, RSHM [LibArts ’58, MA ‘74] serves the alumni community as Alumni Chaplain. Sr. Peg is known to countless alumni, friends, and family for her work at LMU and is the spiritual center of alumni outreach. She offers individual spiritual direction, counseling for couples preparing for marriage, leads alumni retreats, speaks at weddings and funerals, and attends countless baptisms, anniversaries and birthdays for our alumni across the country. Sr. Peg represents LMU through her outreach to the community in part through her development of the LMU Alumni for Others community service program. Among her many accolades, Sr. Peg was named “Woman of the Year” in 2001 by the YWCA. She served as interim director of Alumni Relations, director of Campus Ministry, and is active on campus through her role as resident chaplain, living and working with the students of McCarthy Residence Hall.
