The Academic Resource Center (ARC) enables students to actively engage in their learning by working with their peers on specific courses as well as on writing. During one-on-one appointments or in small groups, students and tutors jointly work on course concepts, review for tests, discuss drafts of papers, and much more. Since study methods used in high school may not translate to high grades in college for some students, the ARC offers workshops on study tips and strategies. The center is also home to the
First to Go Program, geared toward first-generation college students.
- Visit the ARC homepage for more information on the center and its programs.
