FALL 2008: Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Ab-Solute CORE: 20 minutes devoted to training the rectus abdominals, transverse, oblique, and lower-back muscles.
Body Blast: A sculpt and tone system that will ignite all of your muscles full blast using various pieces of equipment. It's non-stop; it's fun, and it gets results!
Cardio Fusion: Turn up the heat with this cardio & strength interval class. No class is ever the same! Various skills and drills will be utilized to pump up the intensity and keep you motivated the entire time!
Hip-Hop Academy: Learn all the different styles of hip hop! The basics you need to learn to dance hip hop and the background of the history and culture! All this while getting and incredible workout in America's Best Dance Class! Choreography is basic to advanced and workout level is moderate to intense at end!
Kick Fusion: Turn up the heat with this basic kickboxing conditioning class. Punch, jab, cross, and kick your way to fitness in a flash. Class includes bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combos, and strength segments.
CORE Cycling: 45-minutes of cycling followed by 15 minutes of abdominal conditioning, balance and stability exercises.
Cycling: Hit the road! Sprint, climb, and jump without ever leaving L.A. Don’t forget your water bottle or towel, the road gets slippery when wet!
Cycle 45: All of the components of a traditional cycling class condensed into 45-minutes. It is an efficient, heart-pumping afternoon workout!
Mat Pilates: An innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Learn about body awareness, good posture and graceful movement while toning the entire body.

Pi-Yo Fusion: A fusion of Pilates and yoga inspired poses and exercises designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance while flowing to music. Props included!
SANDO Yoga: AKA Hatha Yoga. Hatha is based on control of the physical body to open it to the cosmic energy by series of physical positions(postures), breathing, meditation and relaxation. You may release of tension, relieve of stress and re-energize body, mind & soul through simple to learn, easy to follow risk free postures.
Strength & Flow Yoga: A dynamic flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement. Practice begins with postures to warm up all major muscles and joints, then moves into a challenging series to build core strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Tennis 101: Looking to improve your tennis skills or just want to play for fun? Join us on the courts every Monday and Wednesday from 7-8pm. Receive free coaching on technique and form from a trained instructor while working up a sweat!
Yoga 1-2: Harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga stabilizes and strengthens the entire body. Open to all levels.
