Fall 2012 International Student Orientation
ATTENTION FIRST YEAR STUDENTS!!!
Registration for International Student Orientation automatically registers first year students for LMU Welcome Weekend from August 24th to 26th. No further registration is required.
First Year International Students: All first year international students MUST attend International Student Orientation. The orientation program will take place from Friday, August 17 - Thursday, August 23. During this 7 day long orientation we will cover the basics of LMU and Los Angeles, go on excursions around Los Angeles, and host workshops to help you succeed while at LMU. Orientation is a great way to meet the other new international students and to get a head start at LMU before school starts. The cost to attend orientation is $250. This includes all meals, excursions, workshops, and a ticket to Disneyland! International Orientation will be followed by LMU Welcome Weekend from August 24 - 26.

American Citizens Living Abroad: American citizens living abroad or who have lived abroad for most of their life are invited and encouraged to attend the full international student orientation program from Friday, August 17 - Thursday, August 23. During this 7 day long orientation we will cover the basics of LMU and Los Angeles, go on excursions around Los Angeles, and host workshops to help you succeed while at LMU. Orientation is a great way to meet the other new international students and to get a head start at LMU before school starts. American citizens living abroad are highly encouraged to participate in this orientation. The cost to attend orientation is $250. This includes all meals, excursions, workshops, and a ticket to Disneyland! International Orientation will be followed by LMU Welcome Weekend from August 24 - 26.

Exchange Students:
Students who are visiting LMU for 1 or 2 semesters are encouraged to
attend the full international student orientation program if they would
like. The international student orientation program will be held from
Friday, August 17 -Thursday, August 23. During this 7 day long
orientation we will cover the basics of LMU and Los Angeles, go on
excursions around Los Angeles, and host workshops to help you succeed
while at LMU. Orientation is a great way to meet the other new
international students and to get a head start at LMU before school
starts. This is open for all exchange students. The cost to attend the full orientation program is $250 which includes everything for the week (meals, excursions, workshops, and a ticket to Disneyland!).
