The fitness and wellness department is committed to providing health and wellness programming and education for the entire campus. Offerings include a variety of group exercise classes, personal training packages, fitness assessments and specialized wellness presentations. Massage therapy is now available through Membership Services. All programs are available to students, faculty/staff, and recreation members. Other services are available upon request.
