1. The CRN from your old Blackboard course(s). An easy way to get your prior CRN is to log into Blackboard at: http://blackboard.lmu.edu and click on the pencil icon in the "My Courses" section. This will show you a list of all of your classes and CRN's. Be sure to jot down both the CRN and course title.

2. The CRN of your Fall 2009 semester course(s), if the information is being moved into a Fall semester course. You can get this information from PROWL.

If you would like the content of the course to simply be moved for a later date - please indicate this in the "Comments" section of this form.

Please note: moving content from Blackboard 7 to MYLMU Connect will not bring over users, content tied specifically to a user (such as discussion board replies), or gradebook. At your discretion, you may wish to export the gradebook for personal record keeping via the "download grades" button in the gradebook section.

n.b. You should only be requesting to have your course moved if it currently contains content.
