Welcome to the Office of Career Development Services (CDS) office. As a University, LMU encourages students to discover their own strengths, interests and values. Integrating meaningful experiences with the classroom theory promotes the education of the whole person, allowing students to apply the knowledge they gain through their coursework. In the Graduate Survey from the Class of 2005, 79% of the respondents indicated they had secured employment either before degree completion or within 6 months of earning their degree. In addition, 20% of respondents planned on enrolling in a graduate school program within the first year after degree completion.

Faculty and staff are primary resources for students when thinking about choosing a major or asking about internships and career options.
