Begins with a copy of the Association's certificate of incorporation, describing the association's purposes as "the purchase of Real Estate and water rights and franchises in Los Angeles County...the subdivision of such real estate, the cultivation of all or a portion of such real estate and the improvement thereof including the erection of buildings thereon; the development of water and the sale or other disposition thereof and the sale and transfer of any or all of such real estate." The meeting notes are often signed by the secretary and president.
