In order to unsubscribe from the LMU Alert system, complete the form below. Please note that emergency preparedness personnel will only remove you from the system once they confirm that you do not have an active affiliation with the university according to our records. This form is intended for those who were mistakenly enrolled in our system and/or those who are no longer affiliated with LMU.
All LMU community members are required to be enrolled while they are affiliated with the university.
