Nodzzz
I Don't Wanna (Smoke Marijuana) 7"
Lo-fi goofs that don't want drugs? Catchy and upbeat fuzz that doesn't deteriorate your mind.

Deerhoof
Offend Maggie
Spastic guitars, broken english and the occasional inverting of cymbals are back once more. This San Francisco band builds again on chaotic time and unique guitar. You should definitely see them play this album live.

Times New Viking
Stay Awake 7"
"Play it Loud" says it all. The very best kind of fuzz and distortion.

Bliss
Return to Bliss
Void releases some more underground 60's psych. Bliss is a bit more accessible than 13th Floor Elevators and Syd Barrett, but no where near commercial. You wouldn't be able to find this band without the Void re-issues.

Monade
Monstre Cosmic
Stereolab's tour support with obvious reason. I didn't know you could be more French than Stereolab. Yay soothing French pop.

The Hawk is Howling
Mowgai
They really don't stop, do they? These Scottish dudes can really make a wall of sound. The comforting aspect of the album is that your ears won't bleed and you won't need to plug them (see them live). With song titles like "I'm Jim Morrison, I'm Dead" and "I love you, I'm going to Blow up Your School," how can you say no?
