Administration Telephone Billing

For the past year and a half the Campus Business Services telephone billing staff and ITS have been diligently working on migrating the telephone billing software database to a new database. We have now reached the end of all our “data scrubbing”. The switch on July 1st to the new database was successful. You may now log into the new web portal, however only from on-campus. We are working on geting remote access available.
The regular monthly bill has been processed as normal on July 1st through the new system. You will receive or should have received an email with the details for accessing the new telephone web portal as well as having access to the old portal.

The allocation of telephone usage of local and long distance calls from land-line phones for all LMU employees is processed once a month on the first of each month. A report is sent to the Controller's office for posting to the appropriate departments in the general ledger. Authorized person(s) for each department may view the details of each phone line in their department by clicking on:
