Resources Management Plan (RMP)
The University's Resource Management Plan (RMP) is the phased replacement of all University-owned computers over a 4 year cycle. This fiscal year (2009-2010) will be the beginning of the 6th year iteration of this plan.
ITS has implemented a process for RMP with the intention of creating a more streamline and convenient flow of information and service. Information will be forwarded to RMP Coordinators, LMU Faculty, and Staff via Email, Web Form, our Work Order system (Altiris/Isidore), and a self Scheduling Calendar.
