Biography

Maria Quijada teaches management and is an expert in qualitative research methods, organizational culture, software engineers, and work-family integration. Prior to joining the faculty, Quijada taught at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Universidad Metropolitana (Venezuela), and Stanford University. She also worked at Procter and Gamble, Corporacion TNR, and Telcel. Quijada is fluent in both Spanish and English, is a member of the MIT Workplace Center, and is a past organizer of the Organization Studies Group Seminar.
