Real Estate and Faculty Housing

New Faculty are eligible to participate in the Housing Assistance Plan after their first year(e.g. the program goes into effect with the second year contract). The program contains some of the following elements

No Cap on household income for eligibility
Loan for a down payment up to $100,000.00
The new home must be located within 50 miles of the LMU Campus
