Biography:
Dr. Leung has worked as a school psychologist in both urban and suburban districts in California, and also worked for the California Department of Education, Division of Special Education for 3 years.  He has been on the California Association for School Psychologist’s (CASP) executive board for the last 10 years, and has served as a consultant with school districts in several states on issues pertaining to cultural and linguistic diversity.
