stmargaretscenter@sbcglobal.netThe special service organization serves individuals and families living at or below the poverty level in the LAX area by providing the following services: food pantry, information and referral, advocacy (welfare, social security), rent assistance, shelter vouchers, utility assistance, vision screening, food stamp application assistance, health insurance application assistance, money management classes, ESL classes, immigration processing assistance, educational workshops (parenting, health, nutrition, etc.), thrift store and a Christmas program.
The Center is part of the LA Archdiocese Catholic Charities program.
