This form is for Loyola Marymount University Department of Campus Recreation use only.  Submission with out prior authority will not be reviewed.  For outside departments or students groups please contact Campus Graphics at X82730 for assistance.

Please complete the below form, with as much detail as possible.  This will assist the Student Marketing Assistant in creating your means for promotion.  Click the "Submit" button when you are done.

Please spell out your ideal timeline for promotion of event/service. Ex: Poster promoted one week prior to event. Convo Table promo 2 weeks leading up until event. This will help the Marketing Assistant prioritize this project, as well as meet your needs for your event/service.
 
Please check the avenues for promotion you are requesting. This is only your preferences, the Marketing team will review each request and approve appropriate tools for promotion.
