LMU Theatre Department Announces 2007-2008 Theatre Season


LMU Theatre Department Announces 2007-2008 TheatFoley Theatrere Season

The Department of Theatre and Dance announced its 2007/2008 theatre season – ranging from classics by Ibsen and Tennessee Williams to musicals to more contemporary works such as “The Laramie Project.”

“I am delighted to announce what looks to be a very exciting LMU Theatre season for this coming year,” said Ron Marasco, chair of the theatre department.

The season includes:

Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire directed by Graham Beckel in the Barnelle Theatre
Oct. 4-6, 10-13 at 8pm

Richard Obrien's The Rocky Horror Show directed by Kevin Wetmore in the Strub Theatre
Oct. 24-27, Oct. 30-Nov. 3 at 8 pm (w/ a special midnight show on Halloween Oct. 31 and Nov. 3)

Moises Kaufman's The Laramie Project directed by Jim Holmes in the Strub Theatre
Feb. 7-9, 13-16 at 8pm

Kander and Ebb’s Cabaret directed by Sharon Madden in the Del Rey Theatre
Apr. 3-6, 9-13 at 8pm
