Customized Presentations (45 min-1 hour)
Looking to offer a wellness presentation to your organization, team, or group? Campus Recreation can tailor a program to meet your group’s needs. Presentations provided by Assistant Director for Fitness & Wellness or peer educator team. Requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for preparation. The following presentation topics are available for free. Custom presentations available by request only.

  •  Healthy Eating “The NEW in Nutrition”
  •  Physical Fitness “The FITT in Fitness”
  •  Balanced Life Campaign “10 Ways to Live a Balanced Life”
  •  Custom fitness classes for residence halls or groups
  •  Freshman Wellness Survival Series:
    • FITT Freshman (healthy eating on-campus)
    • Custom fitness classes for residence halls: Ab-Solute CORE, Pilates, Yoga

Individualized Nutrition Analysis (45-minutes)
Meet one on one with a peer educator to review your 24-hour food log journal. Sample meal plans provided as well as nutritional education and resources. Appointments must be made 24-hour in advance through Membership Services.

Note: Service is not provided by a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist. Please visit http://www.eatright.org to locate an RD or nutritionist in your area.
