Employing organizations are expected to adhere to professionally accepted recruiting, interviewing, and selection techniques. Loyola Marymount University is aligned with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) guidelines and does not consider the use of Hold Harmless Agreements as a requisite for obtaining an internship to be within the framework of professionally accepted practices.

Employers violating the LMU Hold Harmless Agreement policy and/or NACE Principles of Professional Conduct may lose recruiting privileges on the Loyola Marymount University campus including, but not limited to participation in Career Fairs, On Campus Interviewing, CDS Information Session/Tables and Job/Internship Postings.
