Financial Clearance

A student is not considered officially registered until financial clearance has been obtained from Student Accounts Department of the Controller's Office.

Financial clearance is secured by submitting the Calculation of Charges Agreement by the deadlines published in the academic calendar.

Classes will be dropped if financial clearance is not secured by the Student Accounts deadlines.

Students who have registration cancelled due to lack of financial clearance must pay a late clearance fee and register again through PROWL for available open classes.
