Disabled Accounts
PROWL accounts may be disabled by the user attempting to log in with the wrong PIN. Should this occur the student must contact the Office of the Registrar to have the PROWL account reset. If a PIN is forgotten it is best not to make a login attempt, but instead select the "Forgot PIN?" option from the login page.
