Students: Library Hours Survey

As part of an ongoing effort to gather information from the LMU library community, and to make the library more responsive to your needs, the library will be running an online “library hours survey” for students for the next two weeks.

The LMU Student Senate has been advised that the current library hours are an issue. Some students would like to see the current hoursextended; they are currently Mon.-Thurs. 8am-midnight, Fri. 8am-5pm, Sat. 9am-9pm, and Sun. 12pm-midnight, with longer hours during finals.

However, before we can take action, we must see that this is something the campus as a whole will use. We also want to learn your priorities for increased hours. Please give your honest answers for every question because this is for you.

The survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete. You can only complete the survey once, but if you wish to change your answers in the survey later, you will be prompted with your previous answers when you return to the survey. Thank you!

The library and LMU Student Senate will review the results of the survey this spring. Look for a summary of the responses on the library website later this semester.
