Travel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations have been arranged with the Los Angeles Airport Hilton. This hotel is located 2 blocks from the LAX Airport and only 4 miles from LMU. A group discount rate of $109 + tax per room has been arranged with the hotel. Parking fees are as follows: Self-parking $9 and Valet $22. A courtesy shuttle from the LAX Airport is available to transport you to the hotel. Return service is also provided.

To make reservations, click on the Hilton Hotels & Resorts logo or click the following link: Hilton Hotels Reservations. You will be directed to the Los Angeles Airport Hilton's Reservations web page. Input the Check-In and Check-Out dates and click Go. When selecting your reservation details input "NIB" for Group/Convention Code. The discount rate is applicable from Tuesday, April 14 through Sunday, April 19. Should you prefer to make your reservations by phone, dial (310) 410-4000 or (800) 445-8667. You must reference "NIB" as the group code to receive the discount rate. 

Reservations must be made before midnight of Wednesday, April 1 in order to receive the discount rate.

This hotel features a self-service business center open 24 hours a day. All rooms feature high speed wireless internet connections.  Additional services and features are detailed on the website. 

For your convenience, there is a Hertz rental car office in the Los Angeles Airport Hilton. By renting from Hertz, you have the ability to pick-up your vehicle as well as drop-off the vehicle at the hotel.   

Call (310) 216-6799 to make your reservations. You must specify that you would like to pick-up and drop-off at the Los Angeles Airport Hilton. If you mention that you are with Loyola Marymount University, you can receive a 20% educational discount. 

Hertz may not be the least expensive car rental option. Approximately 40 rental car companies operate out of LAX, with vehicle rental sites located off the airport. Many of these rental car companies provide phone links inside or near the baggage claim areas on the Lower/Arrival Level of the terminals so travelers can request a free shuttle pick up to reach the rental car sites. 

There are ten companies (including Hertz) that are permitted to pick-up and drop-off their customers directly from the airline terminals using courtesy shuttles. These companies are listed above.
