Individual GuidanceA distinguishing feature of the EMBA program is the individual guidance you will receive from an executive coach. These seasoned business professionals provide unbiased, objective feedback on your professional growth plan as it is being developed. Executive coaches work with their assigned students one-on-one to facilitate a greater personal introspection and have played a fundamental role in the development of LMU’s EMBA program.
Many EMBA students will make significant changes in their careers during and shortly after they complete the program. We recognize this, and especially in our coaching, we try to help the students address the immediate issues facing them and develop a broader perspective as they think through their career plans.
