Return The Favor!
New this Fall – Behind Burns, along Ignatian Circle Drive, there are now two library return bins for your convenience – one for books and one for AV-media items.
Book Bin Policies
- Use for books only – LMU library, LINK+, and interlibrary loan.
- If the bin is full, do NOT leave books on top or next to the bin. Bring the books to the library book bin at the library’s entrance.
- Bin will be emptied every day the library is open.
- Returned books will be backdated to the previous day.
- Damaged books are the responsibility of the patron.
Media Bin Policies
- Use for videocassettes, DVDs, audiocassetes and 7 day return items only – NO LP OR FRAGILE MATERIALS, PLEASE.
- Bin will be emptied Sunday-Thursday at 6:00pm.
- Items that are returned on weekends will be backdated to the previous Thursday.
- Any item returned after 6:00pm will be backdated to previous day at 6:00pm (Sun-Thursday)
- Do not put media items in the wrong bin - damaged materials will be the responsibility of the patron
