Quality medical care is the major goal of the Student Health Service. The accreditation process evaluates the administration, quality of care, quality of management and improvement, clinical records, continued professional improvement, facilities and our commitment to the rights of patients. Accreditation provides students and parents the confidence that the Student Health Center processes are periodically reviewed by an outside agency. |
Confidentiality
All students' health information is confidential and protected by privacy laws. Release of medical information is done in compliance with legal requirements. Students who wish to have records released may sign and submit a "
Release of Medical Records" form. This form is available in the Student Health Center and on the website.
